Planning, Liaisioning.

Description

Our role as the bank’s architect is to consult and coordinate of an interior designer working on a project for a ICICI bank in Mumbai's metropolitan city would involve designing and coordinating the interior spaces of a branch. Additionally, would be responsible for liaisoning with various Town Planning agencies involved in the project. Here's a breakdown of the profile and tasks involved. 

Space Planning: Utilizing our expertise in space planning to create efficient and functional layouts for the bank branch that would be in adherence to the bylaws. 

Liaisoning and Coordination, Compliance and Regulations: Familiarize with local building conditions, safety regulations Like Fire Department and Debris management, and other legal requirements. Ensure that the interior design plans and construction meet all necessary regulations and obtain the required approvals and permits. Obtain Occupation Certificate post construction for the branch to resume banking operations.
