The Project is located at close proximity to the Borivali Railway station, which has grown to be one of the busiest stations of Mumbai. The location of the building is great as travelling, which is one of the most important aspects when one considers buying an apartment, becomes easier to the other parts of the city. As being a self-redevelopment scheme, the existing members wish to experience luxury and spacious living as profits is not a main concern of development here. It is proposed as a housing project targeted for the higher economical section of the society. A Two wing Building is proposed, with one of the wings only housing 4-BHK luxurious apartments and the other having 2 BHK and 1 BHK compact apartments.
Currently a 7 floor building is proposed which can be further extended to 9 Floors. The plot has a pipe type access having width of just 4.00M which then opens up to the much rectangular shape of the plot. Due to this factor, full potential of the plot is not being allowed to be proposed as per current policy of Development in Mumbai. The extension of the floors and the economics of the projects depends on such policy being passed by the Municipal Corporation of Mumbai. The project awaits to be a huge accomplishment in terms of housing the existing tenements in their dream homes and also to making it an economic success story.
