A commercial building catering to various companies for office space, Vilco Centre didn’t have an Occupation Certificate after completion of construction. The pending work of Permission to Occupy was given to Archolution. We studied the plans and paperwork thoroughly, understood the new changes in the building plan and submitted a proposal to BMC. We followed up with the Fire dept, Water Dept, Road and Traffic Dept and Civil Aviation Dept for the prerequisite permissions. After handling site visits by the BMC engineers and fulfilling all the necessary paperwork, Occupation Certificate was finally granted. The Vilco Centre was completed both in tangible building construction terms as well as in official governmental permissions and paperwork. A hazzle-free, legal commercial structure in the prime vicinity of Vile Parle that would attract potential buyers and tenants for the happy owners.
